Ruby - Rhubarb, custard and crumble cookie

This is Sally,  Vanilla and white chocolate cookie filled to the brim our incredible strawberry cream. Literally tastes like strawberry ice cream. Finished with a drizzle of white chocolate and freeze dried strawberries.
